As a yoga and movement teacher, I fancy purposeful movement, not fancy poses. My goal is to help you develop a sustainable, life-long relationship with yoga and movement, play and rest. Get strong. Gain mobility and stability. Increase flexibility. Get to know joy on the regular.
I am a passionate educator with a big sense of humor and an even bigger heart. I love to learn. I love to share what I learn. I believe laughter is the best medicine, and an essential part of any movement practice.
I teach VERY gentle and Level 1 classes. You can expect a blend science and spirit, breath work and belly laughs, movement and meditation. You are welcome in my class because you are YOU.
