I help people GET MOVING, GET BREATHING, and GET TO KNOW JOY. I’m a yoga/movement teacher, breath/meditation educator, and a joy instigator. I teach online and/or in person in the suburbs of Los Angeles. I believe to be truly alive, you need to move your body, breathe your body, and seek out and share joy. If you are interested in ageless strength and flexibility, creating a sustainable, dare I say, an enjoyable meditation practice, and living your life with more joy, let’s chat. Let’s GO!

online classes & in-person events for those who want to move, breathe, and feel joy
online classes: Mildly Vigorous and/or Truly Gentle
Mildly Vigorous: Mondays/Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 am pst. A sensible, sustainable class, focusing on ageless strength and flexibility for the mid-century modern body. Plenty of warmup. Always permission to rest and begin again. Classes include work on the mat, hands & knees, and standing. Whole body essentials including, breath work, balance, core, shoulders, hips, back, feet, and more. These creative and compassionate classes are what you need to keep moving, keep breathing, and keep finding joy as you age.
Truly Gentle: Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:30-5:30 pm pst. A truly gentle movement experience that includes gentle stretches for the body, easeful breath work and meditation prompts for the mind/body connection, plenty of time to pause and practice presence, and more. This class is mindfully mild. This class takes place on the ground, with occasional seated chair stretches, and rare moments of standing. One might call it adult nap time with a purpose. If you are seeking some whole body restoration, and the gentlest way to keep moving, keep breathing, and keep finding joy, this is the class for you.
